Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you my latest holiday classic. It’s a sad tale with an even sadder ending. I hope it brings you a lot of happiness and joy! Please feel free to share it with your loved ones.

This song will appear on “A Holiday Benefit, Vol. 5” which will be released tomorrow on iTunes. The annual show features tons of amazing artists and friends and takes place this Wednesday at Rockwood Music Hall.

Since it’s inception in 2007, “A Holiday Benefit” has raised nearly $15,000 for 826NYC, a nonprofit youth literacy organization. Visit www.aholidaybenefit.org for more details.

If you haven’t heard, the Family Records Holiday Extravaganza is happening one week from today.

Pearl and the Beard, Wakey!Wakey!, Rosi Golan, and yours truly will all be playing, as well as some other very special guests from the Family roster.

There will be fun holiday-themed activities and swag for all including: The Awkward Holiday Family Photobooth, a social media scavenger hunt (details coming soon), Family Records Holiday Temporary Tattoos and plant a tree in the Family Forest!

The New Album Is Out!

It’s finally here! Today is the official release of my new album, “In Your Head,” and I couldn’t be more proud. If you’d like to support my eating habit, head on over to your local iTunes distribution center and pick up a copy, or head to the Family Records store and buy it on CD or clear VINYL! I promise it will serve you well on your next road trip or your daily commute to and from work.

The good people at Rockwood Music Hall have secured a drink special (see below) for all you professional drinkers out there, and they’ve surrounded me by my good friends (and great talents) Aaron Lee Tasjan and Derek James. Canada and UK Tour Dates With Wakey!Wakey!

Coming off an incredible tour with Tally Hall, Speak, and April Smith and The Great Picture Show, we are excited to announce that we will be joining our good friends Wakey!Wakey! in Canada and the UK for a couple of weeks this October.

This is very good news…if for no other reason than returning to daily English breakfasts for a bit! We had an incredible time late last year and early this year in London, and I can’t wait to get back. I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar faces at these shows.

Look for the new album "In Your Head" to be released sometime in October. For now, they are only available at shows…so come out to one and get yourself an advance copy!
