The D-Sides: The Ballad Of Paddy Paddington

d-sidesSo far we’ve covered the demise of The Music Industry and my love for the Mexican waltz…..now it’s time to get serious (no…not seriously) with a track I wrote with my good friend Derek James!

Track number 3 of “The D-Sides” tells the sad tale of Paddy Paddington, a baker from Cincinnati at the top of her game until her secret pie recipe is stolen by another local baker, Chesterfield.

Chesterfield’s new found success is short lived however…..maybe it’s a coincidence, or maybe it’s karma, but one thing’s for sure, when Chef Jean George, the master French chef, moves to town, everyone is out of luck.

Everyone except for the town’s bakershop boys that is, who seem to be able to adapt to the changing bakery climate in town…

Warning: The D-Sides should not be taken (too) seriously…
